ABOUT ABOUT

Kids Yoga (Ages 8-13) by Next Generation Yoga with Cindy Lesher

Why is Next Generation Yoga for kids so awesome? Kids not only move their bodies in healthy ways, but they learn self-love, respect for others, consent and so much more! Every Next Generation class is filled with fun things to learn, lots of yoga and creative movements. The benefits for each unique age group are amazing. Kids leave feeling good about themselves, proud of their peers, and with new ways to self-regulate their own emotions.

Kindling the maturing independence of older chidlren, these classes encourage a deeper sense of body awareness, self-exploration and interpersonal skills. Alive with flowing sequences, balancing poses, breathing exercises, and creative relaxation techniques, children are sure to relish in their selves. Partner poses and cooperative Yoga games inspire positive peer interactions that are sure to carry into their everyday lives.
