ABOUT ABOUT

Join instructor Erika Malorzo from CommUNITY Yoga space for a fun mindfulness program on the beautiful grounds of Fort Hunter Park.  This class is being offered as part of the Park Rx series of programs sponsored by Highmark Blue Shield.

Let EVERYTHING Go – Find what feels good to you with mindful movement. In this class, you will breathe, stretch, and gently move in and out of yoga postures.

Classes will be held outdoors on the West Lawn area beside the Mansion with a view of the river.  Rain dates will be used in the event of inclement weather. Participants will be notified via email if the rain date will need to be implemented.

  • Participants should wear comfortable clothing.  Dress for the weather, if it is cooler, bring a sweatshirt.
  • You may also want to bring a water bottle.
  • Bring a yoga mat or towel.

Classes are at a rate of only $5.00 per person thanks to our Park Rx sponsor Highmark Blue Shield.

You may sign up for one session or all the sessions, it's up to you!

The rain date for the August 5th program will be August 12th.  The rain date for the August 19th program will be August 25th.

You will be asked to accept a waiver to attend this class.  If the participant is under 18 years of age, the waiver should be accepted by the parent or guardian.
