Join us for a walk around the square in Lingelstown and enjoy some holiday lights!
Date: Thursday, December 8
Time: 5:30 - 6:30 PM
This Walk With A Doc program is designed to provide some general health information and a moderately-paced walk around Linglestown. The walk is FREE, but we ask that you pre-register so we know how many participants to expect.
The walk leader will be Dr. Everett Hills and his topic will be Walking With Balance. Dr. Hills is a 1987 graduate of the George Washington University School of Medicine & Health Sciences. He has worked in Hershey, PA at the Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center and the Penn State Hershey Rehabilitation, and Sports Medicine location. Dr. Hills currently has his own practice and consulting firm called Function Focused PM&R Care+, LLC where he continues to practice rehabilitation medicine, independent medical examinations, and impairment ratings along with medical certification physicals for pilots and truck drivers.
This is a rain-or-shine event.
Most of the walk will be flat on sidewalks, but there are some slightly elevated areas. This will be a shorter walk around 1 mile. We encourage you to come out and join the walk for as long or as little as you are able.
