Get inspired and create your wellness vision as you shift into your “new normal.” Join us for an uplifting workshop to refresh your spirits to learn the creative art of vision boarding to live your happiest and healthiest life!

Details:  This workshop will include an overview and how-to of the vision boarding process along with a relaxing centering exercise to Participants will be provided with a variety of PDF handouts and be ready to begin creating their own vision board project on their own.  Feel free to gather your own photos, magazine clippings, markers, stickers and other embellishments for your personalized project or just join us to learn how to get started with a variety of examples.  All ages and experience levels welcome.

This is part of the Park Rx series of programs sponsored by Highmark Blue Shield. The workshop costs just $5.00 per person to participate.   

About the Presenter:

Beth Romanski is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and founder of MyHealthyTransitions Health Coaching, where “Being Healthy Doesn’t Have to be Hard.” 

Beth is the creator and co-host of the Wellness Warriors Radio Podcast, a recognized sugar detox expert, published blogger, and professional health educator as Director of Professional and Continuing Education at Maryland University of Integrative Health.  In addition to 1:1 and group health coaching, Beth has developed several wellness courses and frequently presents workshops and lectures on nutrition and living a healthy, fulfilling life with a few simple shifts.
