Join us for a walk!
Meet at Wildwood Park right by the Olewine Nature Center. We'll enjoy a casual walk around Wildwood lake while enjoying the trees and animals at the park.
This will be a 3-mile walk on paved flat surfaces. You can choose to walk only a portion of the trail, then turn around at any point if you would like to customize the length of your walk to your own individual fitness goals.
Sneakers or comfortable walking shoes are recommended. We also encourage you to bring along a bottle of water to stay hydrated. You may also want to consider sunscreen and/or insect repellant. A restroom is available at the walking site along with ample free parking.
Pre-registration is requested, so we're able to notify you should there be a weather cancellation. Please check your email 1-hour prior to the start time for any last-minute weather cancellations or updates.
