This class is a fun combinatoin of basic yoga postures and mat Pilates excercises to help improve muscle tone, posture, core strength and lumbar spine stability. Standing and floor exercises are done with music.

These classes will be held indoors in the Centennial Barn Building on the Fort Hunter Park campus, Room 1.
About the Instructor: Terri Hawk
Terri is a certified mat pilates instructor Level III by AAAI | ISMA organization. She has more than 35 years of teaching experience in all styles of group fitness classes. She is a licensed physical therapist assistant for 17 years. In her spare time, Terri is also a woodburning artist.
This class is part of the Park Rx series of programs sponsored by Highmark Blue Shield.
Covid-19 Update: In the past few weeks there has been an increase in COVID cases among the unvaccinated (children included). The new variant, Delta, has a high transmission rate. The CDC has elevated the Dauphin County community to be that of substantial risk of exposure. We strongly encourage our guests to wear masks during this program since it will be held indoors.
